Adventure driven mechanical engineer with 6+ years of product design experience in the outdoor industry. Have an idea? Lets work together to make that idea a reality. I will collaborate with you and your team to visually communicate concepts for your next project. My creative process will bring in fresh innovative ideas that can be down selected from to meet your specific project wants and requirements.
Design
When the idea comes to life. I will design and engineer your product in CAD through several phases. In the first phase I will create proof of concept models that are ready for evaluation and rapid prototyping. Then I will refine the designs as needed to meets design requirements. In the final phase I will arrange detailed production Tech packs that are manufacturing ready.
Manufacture
Getting to mass production is the last hurdle to get your product into stores. I will effectively and clearly communicate with suppliers to express design intent and overcome production and tooling challenges. I have extensive experience working and visiting with suppliers in Asia to oversee production and ensure a quality product.
Capture
Time is money when it comes to getting studio quality images of your product into the hands of your costumers. I will generate CAD based photo realistic product renderings and animations when waiting for samples is not an option. Already have the product?
